Problems handling genre when ripping

Bug Description

When configuring the external audio encoder lame, the dialog of hints for %t=tittle, %a=artist, etc. fails to mention that %g=genre, yet I tested it on a hunch and it just worked. For this reason, it seems that the hints dialog should be updated to include this and the default command-line (for lame) should also include '--tg %g' to take advantage of this.

I also noticed that if you rip one CD with the genre set 'blues' for example and then rip a second CD with the genre set to '' (empty/blank), the resulting mp3 files for the second CD will have their genre set to the last non-blank value (blues in this example).

When importing any CD's (I've tried Rhythmbox, Sound ripper, Banshee) the genre is not recognized, does this fix that? If so, could you explain a bit more, as I do not understand the first part?
