Bug Description

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System -> About Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (development branch)
Release: 14.04

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
plasma-widget-homerun-kicker:
  Installed: 1.2.0-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.2.0-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.2.0-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://mirror.switch.ch/ftp/mirror/ubuntu/ trusty/universe i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) What you expected to happen
Working plasma widget

4) What happened instead
Installing only plasma-widget-homerun-kicker without plasma-widget-homerun and then adding a widget to the workspace produces an error (can't reproduce it right now as I have plasma-widget-homerun installed).
Note: I'm doing a dist-upgrade, for a couple of years and I don't have ubuntu-desktop nor ubuntu-full installed. They both recommend plasma-widget-homerun, thus probably hiding this error from most users and developers.
