Bug Description

Since the recent constraint refactoring, we properly reformat constraint in template-validate. One thing missing is converting constraint description to the ConstraintDescription field.

    Translate constraint description in validation

    The patch modifies format_validate_parameter to include constraint
    description in the CFN compatible output.
