Set MTU for physical, OVS, and VM interfaces

Fuel should allow to set custom MTU for physical interfaces, calculate and configure MTU for OVS bridges and VM interfaces based on physical MTU and the network segregation mode.

In one of our customer deployments, major network connectivity issues occurred due to the MTU mismatch. So, raising priority to high.

Probably http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Path_MTU_Discovery could address
that, but it looks like HW specific a bit...
