Bug Description

Hit the cog, maas/settings
click on the edit button next to master controller
click edit next to the network interface of question
at that point a series of networking options are provided, these should be setable via the cli or an api call

I would really like to see this bug triaged at the highest level. We really need to be able to configure anything like this from a command line or an API. Thanks!

These are settable in the api using the node-group and node-group-interface API calls.
