Bug Description
Status page show active PSU alarms even when PSU is ok.
Also PSUs down in the database does not always show up as alarms.
NAV gets out of sync with real life. Better checking needed between poller and
database.

Since we talked about this yesterday, my working theory now is that the unsync between alert states and internal PSU record states in NAV are due to SNMP traps.
I don't think the psu trap plugin sets the internal state of PSU records; I will investigate this as soon as I have time for it...
