Bug Description
Actually, you can drag the seconds/minutes hand of the Timer clock to 60 seconds/minutes that is the same of 0. So, the clock is divided in 61 parts and not in 60.

Paolo do not worry about the alarm. It has been in the alarm page by my MP. It just requires to be merged to trunk. So fix only the timer page.
