Need intro to Web Team for volunteers

We need a document (on the wiki) for new volunteers to the Web Team. This will be used to explain how the Web Team operates and how to get involved. More specifically, this document should explain technical hurdles to involvement, e.g. how to use SSH, how to use SVN, how to use the bug tracker, etc.

Questions:
1. What should the page be called? (Feel free to start a page and link it in the comments, if you think you know a good name.)
2. What questions should the page answer? (Feel free to start text on the wiki if you have ideas, and note it in the comments here.)
