Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.

For a developer make progress on this bug, we need a minimal test case that causes a crash, including configuration steps on a freshly installed Ubuntu system. Alternatively, references to the same bug elsewhere might help. If you can provide any of this, then please do so and change the bug status back to New.

I'll see if I can find something. Is it possible to have a look at this bug nevertheless, should it turn out to be a very simple bug?
