konqueror doesnt load source list from sourceomatic

Bug Description
im running gutsy tribe 2 x86_64 and for some reason when i try and generate the source list in konquer using sourceomatic it doesnt load the source script code at all.

Works fine here. Sounds like a local problem.
Kate pops up behind the konqueror window, as per the window hijacking preferences. You can change this in system settings.
