words in italics removed after conversion to mobi

this bug is similar to ​#1207735.
When I converted a chm file into mobi, I found that all the words in italics were removed from the sentence.

For example,

Encapsulation is the process of combining data and the actions (methods) acting on the data into a single entity, just as you saw in Chapter 2. In OOP and hence C#, such an entity is equivalent to an object.

The last word object is in italics.

The source code of the sentence above is,
