Bug Description
There are times when the node id's shift around or that you cant guarantee that the node id is the number of the node you want, there for the node should be able to be called from wherever the node is given by id or full mac (and partial mac if feasible).
This is a must have to making this a scripting friendly interface

Enable accepting short mac for node ids
This fix makes possible to select nodes with short macs.
e.g: fuel --env 1 node --node 6h:67,13:d3,7 --list
Also added new method to tests, and expanded existing
node tests to check for mac selects.
Node data validation also implemented.
