Use the icons only style in the toolbar instead of both icons and labels

Ok so I was confused between the toolbar and the search filter bar. Now that that's been clarified, could someone please explain what this bug references? A screenshot with annotations would be helpful :)

When I load up shotwell/pp and look in the toolbar (icons at the bottom of the window), I only see icons. If I hover the mouse over an icon, then tooltips appear. I don't see any labels per se. I assume a label to be text visible on the screen right next to or below the icons. What am I missing?

Tristan, I'm not sure which version of Gtk that you're running, but in 3.10 there was a setting that was deprecated for forcing a toolbar icon style. Now, icons are always displayed as they are programmed. So you wouldn't see the bug if you're on Luna (for example)

Looks like I am running :

I installed Luna, then when I jumped into linux/pp dev, you gave me guidance on obtaining the dependencies needed to help out on the shotwell/pp project.

I guess then I don't see the bug, and I should abandon this bug to focus on others I do see.
