Bug Description
The UI has migrated to using "MapReduce" instead of "Jar" for job types.
The compatibility code can be removed now. An Alembic script should also be added if possible that changes "Jar" to "MapReduce" for existing Job objects in the database to ensure that those jobs still work.

Remove all support for "Jar" as a job type (alias for "MapReduce")
This change removes all compatibility code to support legacy jobs
of type "Jar" and includes an alembic script to change the job
type of any existing "Jar" jobs to "MapReduce"
