Bug Description

With the addition of recordset functionality, the remote Designate Agent calls are failing again (see bug #1257888).

Both designate/agent/rpcapi.py and designate/backend/impl_rpc.py need to be updated to reflect the new methods and method signatures.

    Fix the Agent RPC API methods and method signatures to align properly with the method signatures of the backend drivers.
