Its not possible to copy data from a remote machine to an Ubuntu 14.04 alpha2 system using rcp

Bug Description
Trying to access a Ubuntu 14.04 alpha2 based system via the rshd daemon fails.
So trying to run a command like
rsh ubuntu1404 ls
or
rcp file ubuntu1404:
will not complete and hanges totaly.
I have tried this with rss-server and rsh-redone-server
Running
rsh ubuntu1404
without any commands works .
