    Clean up redstack to use SERVICE_HOST

    - Cleaned up redstack to use SERVICE_HOST in places where it was
      using localhost, or a hardcoded IP

    - Cleaned up client wrappers to OS services which were also using
      hardcoded paths in their connection URLs
