Bug Description

Underscore (_) is not valid symbol for hostname. Having it in template name will cause cluster creation failure.
There are two possible solutions:
1. Remove underscore from allowed symbols for such object names
2. Escape underscore during hostname creation

Personally I more like the first solution.
