Bug Description
Hello.
Please add more values for cache size selection. For example, add 1024 MB and 2048 MB values.
512 MB cache size doesn't suffice when some heavy documents is opened.

I find it commendable that you are willing to give such a large amount of memory to such a humble program as qpdfview. ;-) Just committed the addition of 1 and 2 GB to trunk revision 1435 which should hence hit the daily built packages soon and be part of release 0.4.8 on Sunday. However note that 2 GB is the maximum size possible since Qt's QCache stores the cache size as type "int".
