Bug Description

PHATCH appears to have been suffering from Bit-Rot for 3+ years, no updates, no releases, and no way to install the current version of the code and use it with modern versions of its dependencies, on windows.

I have started a fork of the code using hg (Mercurial), at bitbucket, which runs with PILLOW, and whatever is the latest wxPython version as of January 2014. I use PILLOW because PIL is also dead.

If there were any active commits happening in bzr, maybe I'd care that I was not using bzr, but it appears PHATCH's codebase is now permanently dead, and that there is no bzr activity here.

If someone is actually maintaining this code on windows, let me know and I'll co-ordinate efforts with them. If I'm the only one who thinks this code should be maintained on Windows, then I'll do it myself.

I also find I cannot even use the website http://photobatch.wikidot.com/forum:start as it won't let me post there, although it would let me register. So most users who try to find and download a Windows version will get the ancient python 2.5 binaries and zip file and instructions, and no help with modern Python 2.7.x installations on Windows.

Not sure why I logged this at Launchpad, as this is a windows issue.
