Bug Description

Evince package that comes with the updated version of Ubuntu 13.10 is having some bugs. It doesn't open .ps and .eps files properly. If we rotate the document using ctrl+left or ctrl+right then we see the rotated version of the document.

Here is an eps file i couldn't open. There were no problems opening this file on another computer which has ubuntu 12.04 lts.
