Bug Description

When trying to run any apt-get commands involving installation or updating packages I get a Kernel panic (see attached screenshot), regardless of kernel or if I boot into safe mode.

Ubuntu: 14.04
Kernel: 3.13.0-5 generic
Hardware: Dell XPS 12 (http://www.dell.com/us/p/xps-12-9q33/pd with i7-3537U Ivy Bridge)

Opening the system info application also triggers the same Kernel panic.

After further investigation I found out that it happens when trying to upgrade the package libselinux, cannot upgrade it from .deb file.

If you run "sudo telinit u" does it result in a kernel panic?
