add an autopilot test for joining wifi with password prompt

Bug Description

need an autopilot test to verify the ui & gfx stack for the use case of
- selecting wifi icon in panel
- select wifi network to join
- password prompt appears along with osk
- user enters password and ok to dismiss

just stating, this is a critical bug because we need this in place as a required verification for ui behavoir on a nested mir configuration (which is key to our effort to split out the greeter)

Branch in comment #2 is not the real AP test mentioned in this bugreport (which requires a lot of extra work on other components like indicators and network manager), but it's testing the reason why we opened this bugreport, which was issues with nested mir. So while it does not represent the fix for this bug, it tests the critical situation we wanted to fix now.

cimi, did your test land make it into the baseline? If so, and if this is suitable to run on our images, please get in touch with didrocks to ensure those get added to the daily image tests run.
