Update qtmultimedia dependencies / fix qtmultimedia-touch for Qt 5.2

Resolve what needs to be done with qtmultimedia-opensource-src(-touch) and the upstreaming of GStreamer 1.x support for Qt 5.2.

my understanding is we can drop the -touch package when moving to Qt 5.2

We can drop the -touch packages as soon as I land media-hub which is what I'm actively working on right now.

The ubuntu-touch-meta will need to be also changed accordingly. If I understand correctly it'd be like this that I just uploaded to qt5-beta2 to help image builds:

But it should be changed in lp:~ubuntu-core-dev/ubuntu-seeds/ubuntu-touch.trusty instead.

It was mentioned on IRC that we need to maintain qtmultimedia-touch still. Is someone working on a port of it to 5.2, or is the 5.1.1 version supposed to compile against Qt 5.2, or what's the plan? Currently when upgrading to the https://launchpad.net/~canonical-qt5-edgers/+archive/qt5-beta2 PPA all qtmultimedia*-touch packages get removed, and no audio or video works.
