Remove pxe_deploy_timeout option

The pxe_deploy_timeout option is not used in Ironic as it's a vestigial option left over from nova-bm. So remove this option from ironic.drivers.modules.pxe

(In the future, add new config options in a higher layer for handling timeouts of various kinds of tasks, not just deployment)

Posting this comment for reference. While this option is defunct, Ironic does need to handle timeouts -- see https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ironic/+spec/generic-timeouts

    Remove unused config option - pxe_deploy_timeout

    This is a vestigial config option left over from nova-bm refactoring, which is not used.
