init.ps1 failes if cannot remove log file

Bug Description
During Cloud-Init phase init.ps1 failes if Murano Agent log file isn't exists. It's not a reson to fail installation, so it shoud be fixed.

Fix Remove-Item to not throw an exception
Remove-Item now doesn't throw an exception if can't remove a file.
