Bug Description

Problem is when I'm using HDMI, I can't get sound over HDMI on most apps. I tried using different apps but result is changing app to app. Currently, Totem Video Player and Firefox (and probably other things comes inside ubuntu) not working but Tomahawk (A music player) and Amnesia (A Horror Game) works perfectly with HDMI. I don't understand the problem and I don't want to use analog output.

HDMI did not use device 0

if you does not use pulseaudio

you have to use asym pluggin to set playback to use hdmi:0 and capture to use hw:1,0

you have to setup playback and capture to use different card and device
