Bug Description

When I resume PC from sleep, there is no network and even after clicking "Enable Networking" it doesn't appear. Only reboot helps.

It seems repeatable, but I don't know how to troubleshoot it further. Any advices?

I have the exact same issue, no network connectivity after sleeping.
the adapter is there, eth0, but it does not get a new ip address from DHCP.

dhclient process is running.

correction, after resume dhclient indeed is not running.
sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart

fails.

doesn't help that network manager says no connection even though network is working after reboot.
