Bug Description
Currently fuelweb demo is recreated every 30 minutes. And it takes a lot of time to re-clone fuel-main repo, clone fuel-web repo, start nailgun service.
It should be simplified. We should only fetch new changes, recreate database, restart service. It should be triggered by push into master branch of fuel-web repo.
