Bug Description
debian-
This affects anyone using a Precise machine to work on the Debian ports.
# debootstrap --arch sh4 --foreign sid debian-sh4-sid http://
I: Retrieving Release
I: Retrieving Release.gpg
I: Checking Release signature
E: Release signed by unknown key (key id 1C466F272FF7A9F4)
A workaround is to use --no-check-gpg but the signatures are available so they should be used.

Which version is required? 2012.12.30 will need to be backported to Q as well.
Have you verified that the backported package works to avoid the error?
