Bug Description

debian-ports-archive-keyring in Precise is too old and there is no backport available. Please can this be backported if possible?

This affects anyone using a Precise machine to work on the Debian ports.

# debootstrap --arch sh4 --foreign sid debian-sh4-sid http://ftp.debian-ports.org/debian
I: Retrieving Release
I: Retrieving Release.gpg
I: Checking Release signature
E: Release signed by unknown key (key id 1C466F272FF7A9F4)

A workaround is to use --no-check-gpg but the signatures are available so they should be used.

Which version is required? 2012.12.30 will need to be backported to Q as well.

Have you verified that the backported package works to avoid the error?

Sorry no I hadn't. Just tried 2012.12.30 from Saucy and Debian Sid and it doesn't avoid the error. It looks like the Debian package is out of date. Will send upstream in a bit.

2012.12.30 is apparently up-to-date so the version in R, S and Trusty should do the trick.
