Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
'update-manager' will exit without a solution in some situations involving partial upgrades and/or unauthenicated packages.
1. Run 'sudo update-manager'
2. Shows dialogue "Not all updates can be installed" (Partial upgrade/Close)
3. Shows dialogue "Running Partial Update"
4. Shows dialogue "Error authenticating some packages" (firefox-dbgsym, libc6-i686-dbgsym) (Close)
5. update-manager silently exits with no useful suggestion of how to fix the situation.
Ideally 'update-manager' would provide a dialogue showing what to do, suggest the user try again later, or find some other way to solve the situation automagicall.y
