2.4 No message when staff client times out

Bug Description
Getting back into the staff client after the process has been minimized on the desktop for a while results in a hung staff client. Not sure if it has anything to do with having been in the Reports module at the time I minimized it. Selecting another screen, Item Status or Patron Search sometimes works.

We've seen this with the internal web browser - it will time out after a long period of inactivity even when the rest of the client has not timed out.
