Bug Description
On receiving user feedback from the g+ community, it has been found that the add alarms page design is confusing. Some of the primary reasons why this is the case is described below,
1. No clock markers to indicate the scale of the analogue clock
2. Rather uncommon to see a analogue clock with the 24-hour scale coupled with no clock markers make it difficult
3. Does not respect 12/24 time format of the user
