adt-bundle-linux-x86_64 crashes after a few minutes of using

Bug Description

I followed the tutorial for creating a simple app for android under http://developer.android.com/training/basics/firstapp/starting-activity.html

There is no fix point at which the programm crashes. The last time it crashed when I tried to create the variable "intent" [from the tutorial]
