*steps*
- create environment
- add node
- navigate to "Configure disks" page
- double click "volume group" diagram

*result*
- volume is expanded. "remove volume" cross is hidden
- volume is collapsed. "remove volume" cross is visible

This bug seems to be an inner twitter bootstrap bug - https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/issues/6691 The workaround can be - getting rid of transitions and just show/hide content. Needs further discussion.
