fglrx (not installed): fglrx kernel module failed to build

fglrx: AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta V9.95 don't work with Trusty
After installation, post configuration (sudo aticonfig --initial) and reboot, the session won't start, lightdm is showed, but after I put my password the Unity don't initialize.
