1. Create new environment (CentOS, simple mode)
2. Choose GRE segmentation
3. Add controller, compute and cinder nodes
4. Start deployment. It was successful
5. Start OSTF tests. Test "Create stack, check its details, then update and delete Heat stack" has failed with error: Time limit exceeded while waiting for stack status becoming 'CREATE_COMPLETE' to finish. Please refer to OpenStack logs for more details.
6. If updating heat stack has failed test waits time limit instead stopping test and presenting error message

    Modify expected stack status value.

    Make stack status condition more general to
    catch both CREATE_FAILED and UPDATE_FAILED cases.
