Bug Description
Searching for installed apps in the dash is far too slow, it takes up to 5 seconds after I finish entering a search term before results are displayed. This is a reasonable amount of time for finding "More suggestions", but the results for locally installed apps needs to be as close to instant as possible.
I'm not sure if the time delay is a result of scope activation, or if the scope for installed click apps is just that slow, but anything we can do to speed this up will make the Dash much nicer to use.

I can't confirm this bug, actually - even on Galaxy Nexus I get results almost straight away. Maybe it depends on how many apps you have installed?
