Bug Description

I have two monitors, 1600x900 and 1920x1200, and I cannot place them next to each other. But it's possible to place the larger one below the second one.

I suppose that monitor position is included in its size so the size limit is reached.

Error messages:

Ubuntu 12.04 (precise) reached end-of-life on April 28, 2017.
