Bug Description
For 5.6 version if the password used in command line then warning appears:
mysql --user=username --password=password
Warning: Using a password on the command line interface can be insecure.
The workaround is to use mysql-client 5.5.
But if that's possible to create some flag which will allow to disable that warning, like this one:
mysql --user=username --password=password --ignore-

It seems upstream MySQL is not going to fix it any time soon, so it would be nice to add this feature (option to disable this warning, or have it disabled by default until somebody asks for specific warning level) in Percona Server.
