Workaround until this is fixed is reverting to the old version:

apt-get purge cgroup-lite
apt-get install cgroup-lite=1.1
apt-mark hold cgroup-lite

Fixed in version 1.1.5 which is available on the archive.ubuntu.com, but might not yet be propagated to all mirrors.
