Bug Description

The mute button in the Sound panel is not labelled so it can be clicked on by a blind user using Orca and be left with a non functional screen reader due to muted sound. The test speakers button when pushing enter or space on does nothing, previous releases the button has been able to be clicked on by Orcas simulated click feature. This does not appear to work either.

Luke, are you working on that?

Yes, now that I have worked out the best way to present the right context to the user when they navigate to the switch with the keyboard. This relates to how the code implements the association between the volume sliders, their switch, and their label.

Oh hang on, I may have been seeing gcc previously, I now see that we have check boxes, not switches. There are still improvements needed however.
