LibOFX version in Ubuntu way old for GnuCash

Bug Description

LibOFX library was originally developed specifically for GnuCash. It MUST be updated together with GnuCash. My specific problem is that the version included in Ubuntu messes up UTF-8 characters (when I import OFX files to GnuCash). For that purpose, at minimum version 0.9.6 of LibOFX is required (but Ubuntu 13.10 only provides 0.9.4, and the latest version at the moment is 0.9.9). Please keep LibOFX version up-to-date with GnuCash!!!
