Bug Description

build 1916

This occurs when an activity is started.

A&O is a commercial route, I can do any testing that may be required.
This bug is reproducible, after a reboot.

I attached 2 files to the bug, a screen shot of the error and the OR log
file?

Hi Derek,

It must have been some Launchpad technical issue, never mind. Now from log file I think the issue was solved in r1917. Could you please confirm?
