Network checker hangs on indefinite time.

Network checker hangs on indefinit time.
Rabbit on master node doesn't get proper responce with network data.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the iso #10
2. Configure cluster: CentOS, HA, 3 controllers, 1compute, 1cinder, Nova VLAN
3. Check networks

Expected result:
Networks will be verified
Actual result:
The verification of networks takes indefinite time.

Last installations did not repeat this bug.

Maybe you set up a lot of VLANs to test?
Next time also provide a diagnostic snapshot, please.
