Power Off and Log Out windows lack cancel and restart buttons in GNOME 3.10

I'm testing the gnome 3.10 packages from the gnome 3 PPA and I notice that clicking on either Power Off or Log Out fails to provide any options other than just waiting for 60 seconds. Screenshot of the Power Off dialog attached.
