Bug Description

X1910 crashes by loading an activity that regularly loads in X1888. Logfile attached.

Hi Carlo
Lombardia has always been critical in the area of ​​Milan Centrale.
In my installation (no oncoming traffic and with few objects placed in
the section Milan-Monza) activities run without interference.

Problem resolved in X1912, was caused by AI trains with waiting points due to error in loop detection for AI trains.
