twiki 'data' directory should live under /var with 'pub'

Binary package hint: twiki

In the twiki package /var/lib/twiki/pub is a symlink to /var/www/twiki/data.
In the twiki architecture, 'data' and 'pub' are a matched set (I believe).
I think they should both live under /var/www/twiki

I've looking into this because I'm trying to figure out what to back up, and
the twiki content lives in both those two direcories.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 beta or later?

I don't have an 8.10 machine handy.

Just install the twiki package and look:

These should be symlinks

/var/lib/twiki/pub
/var/lib/twiki/data

they should point to:

/var/www/twiki/pub
/var/www/twiki/data

respectively.

I didn't explain the problem or the fix very clearly in the description.
I'm sorry about that.

If the directories have been rearranged so that my recommendation
no longer makes sense, then I would recommend that 'data' and 'pub'
should be treated the same way.

the problem with the script /var/lib/dpkg/info/twiki.postinst is that it exits with the error message:
postinst called with unknown argument `'
