Bug Description

Wikimedia has a very neat script (cf. https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/104122/1/scripts/gerrit.py, work in progress) that retrieves a list of open review requests, sorts them by quality and/or age, displays them and allows the user to pick one (by line number). The referenced change is then downloaded and checked out.

It would be nice if git-review had that functionality natively. Suggested name: "git review --list-and-pick"/"git review -L".

For consistency, it would probably be useful to let the user select by *change* number and not by *line* number.
