Bug Description
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create environment 'test' with Ubuntu, 1 controller and 1 compute, Neutron GRE, 'install Murano', 'install Ceilometer'.
2. Navigate to Networks
3. Change public IP range to 10.20.0.
Observed Result:
Error Message about the Neutron L3 network (values by default) - please see the attached screenshot.
